How does hiring employees change the culture of my family business?Answer
Your "culture" changes from a family culture to more of a workplace culture and culture is one of the hardest things to manage for an employer (how they interact, their values, their punctuality, their passion for work, their quality of work, etc.). As mentioned above, I do not believe that family and employees will mix well.
