Starting a Low-Cost Business with My Children
Question
I would like to know how to begin a small business that I can do with my children, ages, 3 6 and 7. My son is very interested in owning a company. Is there something we could do with little or no start up fees?Answer
There are many very low-cost businesses to pursue, but given the current ages of your children, I’d recommend some very simple services ideas such as like raking leaves, shoveling snow, baking cookies, cleaning homes, cleaning out garages, etc. There are very few tools required, that are easy to operate and your children can begin to learn how to sell and service customers on friendly prospects such as friends, family and neighbors.
