Initial Focus
Question
When developing a business plan what should be the initial focus?Answer
Assuming you are in a right relationship with God, the initial focus should always be on the customer. How big is the market, what is their unmet need, what would they be willing to pay for a product or service that would meet that need, etc. Since you can only build a business by serving a customer need, starting out anywhere else doesn't make sense.
