Don Hart on Working With Children
Just don’t sell them short. Our children are capable of so much more than we realize if we will be diligent and train them. Remember John Quincy Adams was an ambassador at the age of fourteen because he walked with his father. He shadowed his father, watched what his father did... [I have] a friend whose business value...increased exponentially because he had children under twelve years old who worked with him. And it was because he spent time with them, he trained them. They were more valuable than adult employees that he could have had. So don’t sell them short.
