Should I hire employees as a part of my family business?Answer
If you have a home-based, family-based business, I do not feel it is advisable to hire others to come into your home or family business to work with you and your family as it upsets the family dynamic and introduces potentially dangerous influences into your family. One of my rules is not to mix employees and family members to maintain the integrity my family. Instead consider outsourcing or partnering to grow your business while protecting your family.
